RESOLUTION NO. 44(RLS) am Proposing amendments to the                          
Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to redistricting and              
reapportionment of the legislature; repealing obsolete language setting        
out the apportionment schedule used to elect members of the first              
state legislature. Signing to calendar: Senator Kelly, Chair, Senators
